Welcome to Milea. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors and customers of Milea (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By visiting our site or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below. Please review them carefully before placing an order.
1. Limited-Run Items
All Milea pieces are produced in small, limited batches. Due to the nature of limited-run collections, all purchases are strictly final. We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges, except under the following circumstances:

An incorrect item was sent due to a packing or fulfilment error
Every order is checked prior to dispatch. If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, accompanied by clear photo or video evidence.
2. Order Processing & Fulfilment
We process orders from Monday to Sunday.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe selected at checkout, please contact us at thenongki.co@gmail.com.
During high-volume periods such as festive seasons, special launches, or new drops, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these periods.
3. Shipping Within Singapore
At present, we deliver only to addresses within Singapore.
Delivery timelines are subject to our appointed logistics partners. Once parcels are handed over for delivery, Milea is not liable for delays, losses, or issues arising from the courier service.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Orders will only be confirmed upon successful payment at checkout via the available payment options.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials featured on this website — including but not limited to designs, images, branding, logos, and written content — are the intellectual property of Milea. Any reproduction, distribution, or use of our content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
