What is the return policy?

At Milea, each collection is produced in thoughtfully planned, limited quantities. We put care into every step — from design to packing — to ensure your order reaches you in its best condition.

Due to the limited nature of our pieces, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed, except where an item is faulty or an incorrect item has been sent.

What if I receive a defective item?

Please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Refer to our Terms and Policies for more information.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible, within the timeframe selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard delivery (within 3-5 working days) - $5.00
Same day delivery (cut off time 12PM) - $15.00

Do you ship to customers internationally?

Not at the moment — we currently ship only within Singapore, but we hope to offer international shipping in the future.

What material are your shawls and scarves made of?

Our pieces are made from high-quality, lightweight fabrics designed for comfort, breathability, and easy styling.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Do the colours look the same in real life?

We try our best to display accurate colours, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

How do I care for my shawls/scarves?

For best care, please gently hand wash and avoid direct heat.

Will the material loosen or shrink after washing?

With proper care, our fabrics are designed to maintain their shape and quality.
